Digital downloads: change of mind

Our products are digital files available immediately. At checkout you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel once your download starts. That means we don't offer refunds just because you've changed your mind.

Faulty or not as described: your legal rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, your files must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something's wrong (for example, a file won't open, a formula is broken, or a feature we described is missing), email [email protected] with your order number and a short description. We will:

1. repair or replace the file within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you; and
2. if we can't, or don't do so within a reasonable time, give you a price reduction, which may be a full refund.

We'll refund within 14 days of agreeing that you're entitled to it, to your original payment method, with no fee. If our file damages your device or other content because we didn't take reasonable care, you may be entitled to repair or compensation.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, and any open download links for that order stop working.

Buying from outside the UK?

You may have extra rights under your local consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Misuse

Where we've refunded you, your licence to use the file ends and you must delete it.
